These terms govern your use of colorsea.fit and the styling services offered by ColorSea Styling Pvt. Ltd. By using the site or submitting the quiz, you agree to them. This is a template - have it reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
The service
ColorSea provides personal colour analysis and human-led styling recommendations. Our colour-season quiz and photo analysis give a directional starting estimate; your matched stylist reviews and confirms it. Recommendations are styling guidance, not a guarantee of any specific outcome.
Launch offer
During launch week, colour analysis and your first personal edit are offered free. We may change or end promotional pricing at any time. Paid plans and their terms will be shown clearly before any charge.
Your content
You keep ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process and store them solely to deliver your colour analysis and styling, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not upload images you do not have the right to share.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful or infringing content.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ColorSea is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on styling recommendations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
