By using colorsea.fit or the Colorsea app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
The service
Colorsea helps you specify garment colorways and share them with your suppliers. It is opening in stages from a waitlist, and features may change while we build it.
Your content
You own the styles, codes, comments and images you create. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to use.
Colors and codes
Colors on screen are a guide only. Colorsea does not supply Pantone or other licensed color data; the codes you enter are your own. Always approve physical standards and lab dips with your supplier before production. We are not responsible for production results.
AI features
AI designs and model photos are generated images and may contain mistakes. Check them before you rely on them.
Plans and payments
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled and are billed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. You can cancel any time; your styles stay and you return to the free plan.
Fair use
Don't misuse the service, try to break it, or use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
