Privacy policy

This policy covers colorsea.fit: the waitlist, the guides and the Colorsea app. In short: we collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to hello@colorsea.fit.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address and the optional answers you give (what you make, your brand's stage, what goes wrong with colors today, whether you would pay). We also note the page and site you arrived from, and your country from your connection, so we know which guides and posts are useful.
• Visits: each page view is counted with the page, the site you came from and your country. To count visitors without cookies we use a daily anonymous code made from a one-way hash of the day, your IP address and your browser; we never store your IP address, and the code changes every day so visits on different days can't be linked. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.
• Your account (once you're invited): your email address, the styles, colorways, codes and comments you create, files and photos you make in the app, and your plan.

Why

To let you know when your place on the waitlist comes up, to run the app you sign up for, to keep it secure, and to understand which pages bring people who find Colorsea useful. We send the waitlist one confirmation email and one invitation; we do not send marketing newsletters unless you ask for them.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts the site and the database, sends our emails, and runs the human check on the waitlist form (Turnstile).
• Dodo Payments handles payments, tax and invoices if you subscribe. We never see your card details.
• DeepInfra runs the AI models when you use the AI designer or model photos. Only the garment description and images needed for that request are sent.

Cookies

The public site sets no cookies. The app sets one cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser's session storage remembers which site you arrived from for the length of a visit.

Keeping and deleting

Visit counts are kept for up to 13 months. Waitlist entries are kept until we open to you or you ask us to remove them. Account data is kept while your account is open and deleted within 30 days of closing it. Write to hello@colorsea.fit to see, correct or delete your data.
